320 Pub
While a favorite gathering spot for members, the 320 Pub’s flow, function, and aesthetics needed some creative rethinking. During the winter of 2018, the entire pub area was renovated. The goal was to create simplicity in its connection to the Club’s building and the comings and goings of an active membership. A number of complexities in structural spans, lighting, and accessibility were achieved to create a simple, comfortable, and welcoming pub, men’s shower, and restroom facility for the Club.
Bellevue Room
Our Bellevue Room is a beautiful venue for a memorable event. We can accommodate parties of up to 150 guests and have an expert culinary and wait staff to attend to your every need. The room was refurbished during the winter of 2022 which included brand new hardwood floors, artwork, lighting, and window treatments. It overlooks the first and ninth holes. Our staff is prepared to help you create memories to last a lifetime.
Patio
The Club took on the patio refurbishment and expansion project in 2020-21. Our popular patio was showing its 25 years of age. We have resurfaced it many times and it was time to make the investment for the future of one of the most beloved parts of our Club. The demand for outdoor dining has expanded since COVID so we took this opportunity to expand seating on our patio. In addition to added seats, we resurfaced the new patio with pavers that match the new tennis patio and the cart staging area.
This project included a new 4100 square foot patio and new concrete pad at its entrance plus granite treads and stone face added to the multiple stairways surrounding it. The nearby men’s locker room also received a new concrete slab and stairs, plus the installation of improved draining in the area. Multiple walkways, including the front entrance walkway, received upgrades such as cobblestone borders with veneer and granite caps being added to multiple walls and stairways around the property.
Other additions included a 275-square foot walkway to the parking lot, a bocce-ball court and the installation of a transformer and landscaping lighting throughout the property.
Fairway Lounge
During the winter months of 2022, we updated the second floor of the Clubhouse. In addition to providing our membership with a great option for dining, our upstairs is a great venue for special occasions. For many years we put off replacing the windows and for those who have sat next to one of the windows in the winter, I am sure you felt the breeze. As part of the renovation, all windows were replaced with a single pane of insulated glass that make the views even more picturesque.
